Kristi and Ryan say I do…

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of flying to Tennessee to be a part of Ryan and Kristi’s wedding day at First Baptist Church in Hendersonville.  It’s a large church, but Kristi and Ryan managed to create an intimate setting for friends and family to witness their vows.  Kristi’s colors stemmed from the Tiffany blue that we all know well. I love that color. It’s so stunning. The color complemented the bridesmaids so well and the groomsmen’s blue bow-ties stood out against their black tuxes. Kristi’s bouquet was what kept catching my eye. I loved the icy blue flowers with diamond studs scattered throughout -simply gorgeous!

One thing that I loved about Kristi and Ryan’s reception at the Bluegrass Country Club was their incorporation of the country life here in Nashville, TN.  Since Ryan’s family were coming from the North, Kristi and Ryan thought that a great way to welcome them to Nashville was with line dancing! So that’s where Jenny Cain from the Wildhorse Saloon came in. Several times throughout the reception Jenny taught all the guests line dances to songs from artists like Alan Jackson, Big and Rich, etc. You better believe I jumped in and joined the fun! Now I know what I’ll be doing on the next Friday night that I fly into Nashville for a wedding. Anyone care to join me for some line dancing?

Below are some images from my time with Kristi and Ryan… enjoy them!

P.S: Kristi and Ryan – I had a fantastic time with you guys. Hope you enjoy the images. Next time Ryan (my Ryan) and I are in town, we should get Monell’s! Oh and by the way Kristi, you made me crave a Cherry Limeade from Sonic throughout the entire day, so I got one on the way home from the wedding and two the next day before I flew back to Charlottesville.

P.P.S: Extra special thank you to Aaron Yung for second shooting with me!
